  We are setting up a research lab in our university (Sharif University of
Technology, Tehran, Iran). We are planning to buy the following equipment for
our lab:

1: A research grade ion implantation system. ( Medium Energy, Medium dose)
2: SIMS
3: Spread resistance measurement system.

  Considering that our purpose is research, we can adopt to available systems,
depending on the prices.

  Please let me know if you have one of the above systems that you want to sell.
There might be some problems regarding the sanctions. So we should make sure
that everything is legal.
