SIMODE, Version 3.02

 SIMODE is a is a simulation tool for the orientation dependent
etching of crystalline masked wafer. Version 3.02 of SIMODE is now
available. Amongst the use of faster algorithms for simulation, the
menu and the representation of results were also improved. For more
