Subject: [mems-talk] Does anyone know where I should look for ceramic test
coating
 services?
Reply-To: [email protected]

Does anyone know where I can find the following coating services for ceramic
test wafers 1 x 1 1/2 and 2 x 2 1/2?

-Titanium Dioxide Deposition
-Sputtered deposition
-cathotic arch deposition

Can you control the resisitivity of the titanium dioxide on a ceramic test
wafer?

Thank you for your time.
