Hi Fahak,

I have interest in porous silicon, too. I will begin my phD research in
this semester, and in a preliminar search about this subject I didn4t found
any simulation tool to porous silicon. I found a lot of models, but
simulation tool, none...
What are your interestes concerning porous silicon? I4m interest in develop
tecnologies to use (macro)Porous silicon as structural material in MEMS
devices as a way to reduce the inertial mass of the devices.
