I cannot help with a porous silicon simulation tool, but NMRC and IMSAS at
Bremen, have done a lot of work on analysing samples treated at different HF
concentrations and current densities for different types of silicon, so I have
some analytical information, if that could be of use.  I am hoping to publish
the
results in the next couple of months, but am happy to help if I can.
