There is also lot of research going at University of Cincinnati on Please
also keep me posted if you find any interesting information about Porous
Silicon. I will be really interested in knowing more about Macro Porous
Silicon. I have also read somewhere that there some companies in Europe
where they are trying to do volume production of Porous Silicon. Iam
surprised what kind of products they are making out of porous silicon. I
know that University of Cincinnati also does some Porous Silicon where they
tried some techniques for making pores of different diameters (" trying to
break the fill factor rule= current density/area "). They also have pretty
good knowledge of post-processing of porous Silicon for various
applications.
