I am a MBA student at UC Berkeley working on a industry research project.
I am looking for some price information for MEMS packaging. The benchmarks
I chose are typical 8 lead hermetic ceramic packaging and cavity
non-hermetic packaging, at large volume (say one million units). This may
be used for automotive accelerometer or others. I am looking for the
price, material cost, labor cost and typical markup.

I understand the price often depends on negotiation and the information
often is extremely confidential. Therefore, any information you send me
