Hi,

I have a question about epoxy market.

I'm looking for a low viscosity epoxy that can fill 10um spacing between two
flip-chip bonded chips.  Actually, I have found what I need:
7500cps>viscosity and 1e-6 CTE.

But all I have reached so far requires -40C storage !
Can anybody suggest an equivalent low viscosity epoxy that has a higher
storage temperature ?
Any info welcome.
