If you look in an optics textbook, you should find that the thickness of a
dielectric antireflective coating should be one quarter of the wavelength of
the light you wish to not reflect. The wavelength should be measured using
the index of refraction of the dielectric coating.

Subject: [mems-talk] silicon nitride and MgF2 multilayer
Dear friends
Can anybody give me the information regarding the
thickness of SiNx and MgF2 thin layers for
antireflective applications.
I will be very much thankful.
