Hello All,

I am trying to identify designs of MEMS proximity sensors that could be
used in a particular application that we have identified. I will obviously
search the web for articles on - MEMS proximity sensors - but I would be
grateful for information that any of you may have on devices that fit the
description but would not be picked up in a web search. For example you may
be aware of a MEMS device that works as a proximity sensor but it is called
something completely different, or the work has not been published, etc.
