Dear colleagues,

the microsystems as well as the biotechnical microsystems department of FhG-ISiT
are on the move now from our former location in Berlin, Germany to our new
location in Itzehoe, state Schleswig-Holstein (near to Hamburg). This will
finalise the movement of FhG-ISiT from Berlin to Itzehoe.

Some activities will still stay for a short or a longer time in Berlin, e.g. the
joint activity of ISiT, FZK and BESSY in the X-Ray lithographie lab at
ISiT/BESSY and the NEXUS office.

Independent of his (major) location (Itzehoe or Berlin), most colleagues at ISiT
should be reachable by e-mail based on the following adress concept:
"familyname"@isit.fhg.de

The adress in Berlin is still valid, and our new adress in Itzehoe is as
