Glad to hear you're happy with Quintel. Actually, the IR double sided
alignment system used on Quintel aligners is very effective in most
situations., but clearly cannot be used where the substrate is not transparent
to IR . For this situation we offer the Optical Backside Alignment system on
our UL7000 series aligners- as a bonus, this also offers IR align capability
too (useful if you need to align to buried layers)

Very happy with every aspect of the Quintel.  I haven't, however used one for
double sided alignment.  I understand the capabilities of the optional IR
microscope available for this purpose is limited.
