Try Ted Pella or SPI, both electron microscopy supply houses. I think
VWR may carry Apiezon black wax also. Acetone or hot toluene will remove
the wax, followed with isopropyl rinse.

Subject: [mems-talk] black wax

Hi,

can you please suggest me some vendors for Black Wax as a mask for KOH
etch.
Can you please tell me the vendors that are based in US only, since it will
be
difficult for me to procure my order if they are outside the US.

Also can you please suggest me something by which I can remove black wax
after I have etched.

Thanks in advance,

Abhijat Goyal
