Gaoshan-

We routinely use OptiClear solutions 101 and 102 on post wafer dicing clean.
They are probably citrus based, judging by their characteristic odor.

See the manufacturer's site, National Diagnostics, clicking on the tab

Hi:
Does anybody know what is the ingredient of Opticlear which can remove wax?
Or just give me a website about detail information about it. Thanks a lot.
