I am looking for information on the electrical properties of SU-8,
specifically electrical conductivity and electrical breakdown strength.  I
have already spoken with Microchem and they had no information on these
properties.  On the web site that is compiling all information known to
mankind on SU-8, they had dielectric constant but that was about all for
electrical properties. Does anyone have any data on electrical
conductivity/resistivity and electrical breakdown strength?
