you to attend and participate in a MEMS User/Supplier Workshop to address
critical technology requirements MEMS.

Who Should Attend: MEMS manufactures, design, development, R&D, process
engineers and scientist. Suppliers of equipment and materials, connected with
lithography, etch, substrates, packaging.
