MEMS XPlorer v3.1 from the MEMSCAP Design Automation branch can
automatically generate meshed 2D or 3D models for ANSYS Multiphysics
starting from a layout in Cadence layout editor, Virtuoso.

Different available options of the automatic mesher are:
- Free or swept meshings.
- Glued meshings of stacked layers
- Element shape (bricks, tets), size and number of nodes can be set
