Betreff: [mems-talk] Looking for microfluidics prototyping services

We are looking for a company to do prototyping on a microfluidics device.
The
device has two glass layers those are fused together. On the surface of one
of the pieces, 20-30 um deep channels are etched (can use wet etch). I
really
appreciate that anyone can give me contact information for a company who does
this. Thanks.
