I'm not sure I completely understand the question, but if you need a
method for testing  your hard drives you might talk to Dover
Instruments. They make test stands for HD testing. Contact would be:

I am trying to estimate HDI(Head/Disk Interface) of Load/Unload at
microdrive.
But I can't search reasonable loading/unloading & sweeping velocity (
horizonal).

Does anyone knows who can operate  loading/unloading & sweeping
velocity ( horizonal) for us?
