Correct version (my mail program translated the degree-sign into 0, sorry):

Dear MEMS,

I have some problems with electroplated Nickel. With temperatures
above 200 degrees C  I get stress that is too big for microstructures.
I would be greatful if anyone knows if this is a common problem,
or can give me some hints (perhaps references).
