Dear members:

We are looking for MEMS applications in the acoustics area. But we lack
some material parameters in our design. Does anyone know the acoustic
property(speed of sound, etc.)  of silicon, PMMA, polyimide and alumina?
I searched in several handbooks but can't find them. If you happen to
know any of them or where can I find them, please share the info with me
and I would highly appreciate it.
