Hi,
I'm developing thermal flow sensors using Ni thin film.
To get higher sensitivity, I am looking for metals with higher TCR
(Temperature Coefficient of Resistivity) than Ni (TCR is about
6000ppm/deg).
Does anybody know some metals?
