I've been looking for information on the cost and the capabilities of
the MEMS technology at Mosis. I can't seem to find anything on their
website.

Can anyone give me an idea of the following?

*       What is the difference between CMC's and Mosis' MEMS technology.
*       How much does it cost for a 2 x 2 mm from Mosis.
