Dear Jing,
You might consider Teflon tweezers from Entergis ( Flouroware). I had
bought both the larger blunt tip and also the more pointed type for
small die handling in the past. The tips of these may be too large for
your application, in which case, you might consider a graphite tipped
tweeser. I have a pair of these with a smaller tip that works fairly
good without the surface damage. I will have to check manufacturer, but
know if is one of the Major Swiss makers. Might also check with H2 ( H
Square) to see what they may offer as they have a lot of wafer handling
tools.
Regards,
Ken
