RF MEMS book opinion

Dear Mems-Talk Community:

I am interested in this communities opinions on the upcoming
publication/release of two new books on RF MEMS. I want to learn as well as
keep abreast of this technology and if I can choose only one book, might any
offer an opinion...perhaps based on your knowledge of the author's work,
emphasis, or interests. I am interested in a book that has plenty of
introductory information as well some advanced theory discussion, with
process information and hopefully some device specific examples with
measured results. Of course if you feel there is another must have book on
this subject that has already been published please suggest it. The two
books I am considering are:

1. RF MEMS: Theory, Design, and Technology by Gabriel M. Rebeiz. Publisher
John Wiley & Sons. due July 10 2002.

2. RF MEMS Circuit Design for Wireless Applications by Hector J. De Los
Santos. Publisher Artech House. due this month

P.S. you can find both these offerings by looking at rf mems in amazon.com

Thanks for your input,

--Chris
