Dear Mems-group,

I just wanted to apologize for posting a Message on behalf of SAMCO. I only
thought that the information I was providing would be very helpful to the
members since this IS a MEMS message board. Again  I am very sorry if I have
caused any trouble and inconvenience for you guys. Thank you for
understanding.
