Hello,

I am looking for a grad student, university or R&D facility to work with.
The company I work for manufactures dicing saws.  Since there are some
unique issues with singulating MEMS I would like to find a group that is
looking for help in develop a process.  The goal is for you to have a
viable process, and us to have a greater knowledge base.  If a paper comes
out of it even better.

Oh yea, this is an information exchange not a money exchange.
