Hello All Readers,
I want to ask about the elctropolishing of Porous Silicon.
bcz i dont know what happens in electropolishing.
I get from literature that its due oxidation.
and the other thing is that electropolishing is due to the smoothness of the
surface.
if i take that oxidation is happening is it goingon withn the anodisation
process or its
happening after the sample is brought out and then the room temperature
oxidation occurs.
Im my process i etched away the PS in kon and then abserved the shinny surface
.
