Does spin on glass leave an optical quality finish for 780 nm.  I know
optical quality is a term that should be debated, but I would appreciate
some comments on the surface quality from anyone that has used spin on
glass.

Is there another material that would planerize a surface and leave a
flat and smooth finish?
