I am looking for some information on Calma GDSII format. I could get
the book STEVEN RUBIN which deals with the GDSII format partly.
But I am exploring for some more information on GDSII. The exposure
on GDSII format is very crucial for me at present.

Please reply with any leads you might have and please put me also in the
