Hi, Hoyin,

I am using a 25micron-diameter Al-Si(1%Si) wire for bonding to platinum pads.
The smallest pad I have ever tried is 150micron-width x 300micron-length.
Thickness of the pad is 0.2micron.
I have tried Au wire too.
Both wires bond well on Pt pads.
