Carsten,

I have to second (or third...) all comments made about actual, operative
8" MEMS fabs. There are very few. The only one in Europe is right in
your back yard - Alcatel Optronics (ex Kymata) in Livingston. MEMSCAP
in Crolles is the only other one in Europe coming on-line.

With the current state of business, any mainstream wafer fab will be
happy to take on foundry business for specific processes.
