We use 125 W/m^2*K on the top and 60 W/m^2*K on the bottom for
microhotplates from "Thermal Management of Micro-Hotplates using MEMCAD
as Simulation Tool", D. Briand, M.-A. Gr"tillat, B. van der Schoot and
N.F. de Rooij, I think the publication date was 2000 but don't have the
rest of the reference.

Hi,

I am looking for value of convection coefficient between silicon and
air for
thermal modeling, any idea ?
Thanks,
Philippe
