Dear MEMS experts,
 I'm trying to package a cantilever with glass frit. There is such  a problem
that for the convenience of operation the printed glass frit should be fired in
the air before the final sintering in vacuum. But Al pad  on the cantilever will
be oxydised. How to solve this?thanks.
