Hi, gurus,

I need as urgent as possible estimated costs for the following items. This
is only to write a proposal due this Friday, so I´m not looking for exact
prices.

Spin on glass (SOG) as dopant (a few cm3 will be enough)
SU-8 Resist (the normal quantity for about 20 prototype-wafers)
Developing fluid
Other photolithography-related supplies

Chrome-coated quartz (or glass) masks (I´ll put around 2,000 bucks each,
right?)

Double sided polished common 100 and 110 Si wafers
Washing & cleaning special products (?)
KOH (5 liters will be okay)

amazing when people bring ideas that find the web applications so helpful
as this one!)
