Best Machine on the market is made by Haldore Topsoe in Denmark. They
have the FZ-14 for 4" and smaller, FZ-20 ( a fine machine) for 5-6" or
smaller and now the FZ-30 for larger diameters.

I use 2 FZ-20 machines for very high quality Float Zone ingot and with
the right procedural and process controls can obtain very high
resistivity and lifetime product- as well as lower grade usable for
specific resistivity for NTD needs.
