Yes, in fact it can be deduced to 2-dimensional
problem although it is not precise. I can solve a
2-dimension of y and z to predict the x,y, and z
condition. I am trying to figure out the spatial
resolution caused by minority carrier diffusion. Is
there some solutions for 2-dimensional problem?
