Christopher,

for load cells, try McMesin (www.mecmesin.com).

Over the last year, we set up a machine for high precision deflection
measurement over a 6" diameter area, including a stepping mechanism to use it
for all kinds of probing. One of the core components is a high accuracy load
cell.

Betreff: [mems-talk] Fatigue testing of micro-components

Hi all,

I am designing a table top cantilever bending fatigue machine for thin film
non-metallic micro components of around 10x2x0.5mm dimension for a
university project.

Does anyone know where I can find information on relevant load cells or
companies that offer them? Also information on relevant LVDT displacement
sensors? I am unable to find useful information as I get stuck with vague
company spiel and sales pitches.

Regards,

Christopher Hitchcock
