Hi all,
I'm looking for a reference about the relation between grain size,
resistivity and temperature of the substrate during the evaporation (and
possibly superconducting transition temperature) in Aluminum.
Can anyone please point me in the right direction? I've been looking on the
web but the literature on Aluminum is enormous and despite my efforts I
haven't been able to find anything on the specific subject
