Cesare,
Although we specialize in the precision bulk machining of Silicon, our facility
provides some foundry services for thin film deposition, RIE, wet etch, Metals
dep, DRIE of SIlicon, dicing and some other back end-type processes. We also
fabricate things like thin film passives, but no active devices at this time.
You may contact me directly if your project requires some combination of this
processing suite. I am the Fab Manager for this group.
Regards,

wondering if you could contact me ....
Thanks in advance

Cesare.
