Hello fellow MEMSNetters. I've got the 'pleasure' to review a NASA NRA
proposal. And I've also got the displeasure to find a university reviewer. (A
co-worker is in a similar sinking position.)

NRA == NASA Research Announcement

We are looking for two academic volunteers who meet the following
    qualifications:
    1. That person must not be a PI on another NRA proposal.

    2. The university reviewer must not review a proposal from the home
    university.

Other than that, the review must be complete and returned to NASA Lewis by
March 29th.

So if any professor has an interest in either of these two areas and has the
time to review a proposal, please send me e-mail. And if you know of another
professor who has the qualifications to review a proposal in either of these
two fields, please send me their name.
