Nimral,
Try wire ball bonding capilaries. K&S makes them under their Microswiss
brand.
Anyone with a ball wire bonder can give you damaged one which is not
suitable for bonding but isn't clogged.

Subject: [mems-talk] Fine wire holder

Hi,

I'm looking for something which can hold very fine wires (0.025 mm
dia, Au wire) rigid on one end while I manipulate the other end. Thank you
for your help in advance.
