Dear MEMS group,
I am planning to place some ferrules in a chuck
and seal the intermediate gap (between ferrule and chuck) with a sealant. These
ferrules are then to be polished. So the sealant must be hard enough such that
the ferrules are not displaced while polishing. The sealant must also withstand
a temperature of 200C.Can anyone help me in this regard? Please also let me know
how to remove the sealant completely after use. Thanks in advance.
Rajib
