Specifically, I need info about
- SOI technology
- SOI application in MEMS (devices where SOI is used)
- Silicon applications in MEMS (Devices where silicon wafer is used)
- Limits of applications of silicon and SOI
- Technical and business related challenges
- Market size for SOI and silicon application in MEMS at the present time and
over the next five years.

I know that some of these questions are not easy to answer. However, I would
greatly appreciate any data and / or useful links.
