Dear MEMS colleagues:

I am wondering if anyone of you have the experience with electroplating metal
onto PMMA surface?  I am also looking for a photoresist to cover PMMA and does
not harm the PMMA layer when developing the resist.  Your help will be very
important to me.  Thanks!
