Hello everyone,
I was wondering if anyone knew of a good dielectric material that can
withstand an AC voltage of greater that 700 volts? At the same time I am
looking at a coating thickness of 1.5 to 2 microns. We have been trying
to actuate salt solution (highly conductive KCL) using SU-8 2 and Teflon
for microfluidic research purposes but so far most of my efforts have been
in vain. I tried SU-8 10 which gave me an approximate thickness of 30
microns and I guess it was too thick. If anyone has had any success with
some coating for salt solution, I would appreciate it if you could share
that with me. Thanks a bunch in advance,
