Steve,
Photosensitive Polymide and BCB exist which after the correct bake have
equivalent qualities to Parylene. Bill Moffat

Subject: [mems-talk] Photosensitive Parylene?

Hi. This is my first posting to this mailing list.

I was wondering if anyone out there had ever heard of such a thing as
photosensitive Parylene? I'm not sure how one would go about producing such
a thing, but if it were possible, the applications would be extensive.

Thanks, Steve
