This was discussed in the list some time ago.. I don't remember the result,
(look in the archives!) - but for the Silicon see-through you need something
specific..Normal CCDs are Si based..
If you need a camera with video-out, I would think about find-r scope by
FJW optical systems. If you need eye only viewing, look at something like
NT37-826 from Edmond catalog.

way, be prepared for a >$1k-range price..
