hi mems workers,

could anyone guide me through where i can find enough
information on the microrobots(elastic hinge type)?
The article in JMEMS(1994, vol 1)was useful but I
wonder if something more in detail is available.

Is any microrobot of that kind currently in use?
please do let me know where they have neen used.
