I was wondering if you could provide me with any contacts you might
have for consultants in the field of glass technology for MEMS
especially in:

- Etching
- Direct Glass-to-glass Bonding (non UV glue)
- Material properties

If any of you have succesfully used sodium silicate as an intermediate
layer in glass-to-glass bonding, I'd appreciate hearing with you.
